I was recently reading an article that featured a day in the life of Anthony Bourdain. Though I was fairly well-acquainted with him, his persona and his popular influence in the world of travel and food, I gained more insight into his philosophy on life, food, travel as well as more about him on a personal level which included his struggles, his mediocrity as a chef, and his successes.
I found his quotes on all aspects of life both interesting and entertaining. (I wish I could remember where I read this article, I’d include the link… it was a good read.)
This one happened to be a favorite just because it’s so very true. Complacency kills.
Stay tuned for a few more wise words from Tony coming soon.
